Delivery and payment

When you place an order on our website, you're bound by the terms and conditions as set out in our policy documents. The Co-Op accepts payment by PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay and Direct deposit. In the case of PayPal, Stripe and AfterPay your order will be processed immediately, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us with details about your order.

If you have elected to pay via 'direct deposit' you'll receive the same order confirmation information but your goods will not be shipped until your payment has cleared in our back account.

You will receive a further confirmation email telling you your order is ready to ship and a follow up email to inform you it has shipped , tracking information to allow you to follow your order to your door will be included in the shipping email.

Our aim is to take only 1-2 business days to process each order and ship your goods using Australia Post, on occasion this is not possible when this occurs we will contact you to advise you of the estimated additional time.

When is your order is expected to be with you?

Orders are predominantley shipped using Australia Post eParcel post or eParcel Express post, dispatch occurs daily at 3pm.

Australia Post times are (normally) 2-14 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Express Post times are (normally) 1-7 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.

If you would like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, simply email us at admin@theco-op.com.au; let us know which item(s) you are interested in and we will confirm its availability.

It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that you are there to sign for the delivery. If you believe that you may not be at home for the delivery, enter your work address.

Our policy is to request, 'signature upon arrival', if you do not want this please make a note of this (Authority to Leave) in special instructions at time of ordering. To this end we request that you provide us with a telephone contact number. This number is given to our Couriers so that every effort can be made to ensure you receive you order fast and safely. Alternatively, our couriers may leave a note in your mailbox with a telephone number so that you may contact them to organise an alternative time or place of delivery. 

Free Shipping On Selected Products

From time to time we may offer a free shipping service on selected lines across our store. Unfortunately some goods are only able to be shipped to certain areas and remote areas may be excluded from this free shipping offer, we will be in contact prior to delivery to confirm shipping charges if necessary.

 

What can be returned?

We want you to be happy with your purchase thats why we offer a 30 returns policy*. If you are having difficulty with your purhase or feel its not correct, please get in contact with us first, you never know there may be something we can advise from our many years of experience that will assist you. If you've received an item was sent in error please contact us to ensure we send the correct to you item quick smart.

Items that can't be returned

Items that cannot be returned are Sprayer components which have been used or have come into contact with chemical, PTO and or engine driven pumps & Complete Spray units.

When do items need to be returned by?

Please get in contact with us firstly to let us know you want to return your purchase, we accept returns of most items within 30 Days.

What detail should I include with my return?

When returning an item please advise your original purchase detail, most items can be returned through the post, we recomend sending with tracking detail for your own security.

Shipping for returns?

You will need to pay for return shipping unless the item being returned was wrongly sent in which case THE Co-op will arrange and pay all freight costs fro the item being returned.

Can I exchange or get a refund?

We offer money back or credit to the same value, many times its just an error in purchasing the item and the correct item can be sent in replacement. As a consumer you have legal rights which we honor and respect.
