This Microswitch Pressure Switch contains a small internal switch, commonly used in Shurflo 12v pumps. It can be disassembled by mechanical experts to locate and repair the cause of pump failure. To determine if this is the faulty product affecting your pump, a simple test can be performed by briefly connecting the red wires located on top of the pump where the switch is located. If the pump runs, the switch is the issue. If the pump does not run, the motor needs to be replaced. We recommend seeking assistance from trained electrical repairers for the best replacement of this item.
