Duped or didn’t do through research

I was expecting a pump with “o” ring fittings and a pump with 3/8” bsp fitting came out of the box when I opened it on the weekend with the intention of spraying. Just another stuff up possibly on my behalf but a stuff up none the less. Part of the education of dealing online. Look for the description if in fact there was one, too pissed off with oneself to look. Maybe short on description but what’s done is done but doesn’t add to satisfaction.

very sad that you can't be honest with your review, if you were, maybe it would've read something like. 'I was foolish! I didn't bother to read the description which told me everything about the pump including port details, I simply bought this pump because it's a quality brand that was bargain priced.'
Rather you chose to run down a product and inturn a company that did everything correctly including supply actual product pictures which and specifications of the pump.
Disappointing.
