Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, let us know within 24 hours by sending us an email. Photos of the damage are always helpful and can speed up the process.
Warranty Information
All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For details about what’s covered, just reach out to us or contact the manufacturer directly. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the item, depending on the warranty terms.
Please note: Clearance items are sold as-is.
Your Consumer Rights
Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product is faulty or doesn’t meet your consumer rights under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy. To make a claim, simply email us with your receipt or order confirmation number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love what you buy, so please choose carefully. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or if you’ve ordered the wrong item.
