Why is constant flow so important? when flow varies within the sprayer system so does the pressure and pressure is what causes the spray action. A reduction in flow is a sign that pressure will also be reduced, similar in reverse occurs when flow in creases (so does pressure). This effect becomes evident with the pump cycling on/off rapidly, the spray nozzle fluctuating in spray pattern and an in ability to hold a smooth flow of liquid. The resulting effect can be excessive misting, excessive and premature pump wear/damage, poor spray application result.
