Can I get a Tax Invoice?

Downloadable Tax invoices are sent out along with shipping details as soon as your order is dispatched.

How long does shipping take?

Normally we ship with Auspost. Dependent upon your delivery location standard shipping within Australia takes 2-6 business days or express shipping is available for 1-3 business days. To learn more about delivery times visit Australia Post delivery speeds .

What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently all our range is available within Australia, we only ship selected products internationally (selected countries only). We're working on expanding our delivery location options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email, please check your junk mail if you've ordered and not received an email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure checkout. We also accept Bank Deposit (EFT) the details are displayed at the checkout if this option is chosen. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. Once shipped, changes aren't possible.
