Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business days. Remote areas may take additional time.
Do you supply a TAX INVOICE
Absolutely, we send downloadable TAX INVOICE with your order shipping notification please check you junk mail if you haven't received an order shipping notification email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia. Express shipping rates apply for faster delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking system. (Downloadable TAX INVOICES are included in this email).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we focus on Australian customers, but we're exploring international shipping options with some already available. Contact us for specific international shipping requests.

How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately with photos. Please check your order upon receipt we cannot offer replacements for damaged items when delivery has occurred more than 48 hours prior.

How do I care for my products?
Care and correct operation instructions are included with each new product we encourage you to read these to ensure long life. (Replacement spare parts do not come with instructions). For specific care questions, contact our customer service team for personalized advice.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We regularly restock popular items, but availability depends on seasonal factors. Sign up for restock notifications on product pages to be notified when items return.

We stock a mix of Australian-made and international products.
