Delavan 5930-201E – Mid-Flow 12V Pressure Demand Diaphragm Pump

The Delavan 5930-201E is a capable 12V demand diaphragm pump suited to smaller spray booms (with pressure regulator), boomless nozzles, and dual spot spray gun setups. With a high torque motor, NSF-approved internals, and run-dry capability, it delivers reliable performance across a wide range of spray and fluid transfer applications — made in the USA and 100% factory tested.

Key Features

  • Pressure Demand Operation – Built-in pressure switch automatically starts and stops based on system demand
  • High Torque Motor – Maintains superior flow at pressure
  • Run Dry Capable – Safe to operate without fluid
  • Self-Priming – Flexible installation without manual priming
  • Viton Valves – Chemical-resistant for herbicides and fertilisers
  • Santoprene Diaphragm – NSF approved, durable across a wide range of fluids
  • 5D Quick Attach Ports – 3/4" snap fit for fast, tool-free hose connection

Demand Operation – How It Works

The built-in pressure switch automatically stops the pump when outlets are closed and restarts it when flow is needed. This reduces noise during idle and extends pump life. Best suited to spot spraying, soft wash, boom spraying, and single or dual-outlet systems.

Note: If using low flow applications, consider using a pressure control valve to ensure long pressure switch life.
