Rotary Head Rince nozzle

We tried this nozzle out using mains water at 30psi and appeared to give a good 360 degree spray at low flow rate, throwing over 4m diameter spray.

Hi Andrew
This is a concern for us as I am sure it is for you. Could you please advise us what pressure your using when pumping at 30lts per min? If your pump is delivering pressure and volume stated it would appear you have a warranty claim which we would like to fix, please get in contact with us.
Below are some thoughts
If the head is free and rotating what is jamming? Is liquid getting through under pressure? Are you aware there is a filter inside the unit which can become blocked thus restricting flow. The filter can be removed and cleaned.
